Anyway, not bad, right? This account of mine has got to be one of the older still active. I'd joined up only about a year and a half after dA came online. In those days, it was still just growing out of its skinz roots. I've seen lots of cool artists come and go. Yeah, this place has definitely changed over the years. I've changed, too. Right after joining, I had a nervous breakdown, and shortly after that, I began having some creative breakthroughs. I still have an example on this site of work from the time around when I had just joined up:

I hadn't discovered the tech pen yet, and my style at that point was just beginning to really form. It's still forming, actually. I feel more solid, both in my work, and in my life, yet it all still feels interesting, if not unconventional.
Huh. This little milestone has sent me on a little stroll down Memory Lane. Nice.

How did you like the con? This was my first con experience as an artist, it was a lot fun.

Secret City! Thank you so much!
Just last night I was trying to remember the name of that show and that guy who used to come on PBS and would draw things and there was this space theme and some alien thing...yeah, that's the one! Awesomeness!
Your drawings are cool too, by the way. I prefer them black and white.
Long live Kistler! Keep Kistlerizing, good sir!
